I have exactly the same on mine, its 5 years old next month and under approved warranty like yours.

i think having to carry out paint work to rectify defects on s car less than 4 years old is not acceptable. I'll ask the dealer but not expecting any joy! Thing is its not actually paintwork, its discolouration of plastic or plastic peeling. So a bit of grey area IMO that most dealers will wriggle out of.

My grill is the same (less then 4 years old). I doubt they'll consider a claim under the approved used warranty. They've already refused to cover the distorted wheel arch trims, but say they would have done if I'd asked just before the car was 3 years old! |

I doubt that it is self coloured plastic, I would think that is clear coated paint. But the damage looks like stone chip damage, I wouldn't hold out a lot of hope for a warranty repair |

So to answer my own question, just read page 10 of the approved used warranty, that will be a NO then!

we used the wrong paint on a bumper once and it went like that,i think our spray shop said there is special bumper paint,long time ago, cant remember exactly,someone on here will know |
