I would go back and speak to them on it and find out what it done on the first service and have the dealer stamp the book.

Regardless of getting all the oil out before putting new in. TD engine oil will appear black within a few miles of first start up post oil change. It often looks like it's not been changed, even when I know I've just done it |

My oil was very clear for nearly a week after it was changed. If your oil is black then I would suspect that it hasn't been changed and I would go straight back to the dealer and demand an explanation from them.

in the past it has always been a darker newer looking oil when changed

To NSPINKS...yes first service at 6.5K miles. All urban driving.Oil was invoiced so I expected it to be changed |

bilen123: I checked the oil after driving home from the first service and the oil was golden colour

Check the oil again over the weekend - dark brown and black at the tip. Will have to take their word for it that they changed the oil
