I found 2 part numbers for clock springs, LR010681 and LR043720. But I do not know if they are for heated steering wheels. |

Here http://www.freel2.com/forum/post277824.html#277824 ofu explains how he added a extra loop to the existing clockspring. He did it to add paddle shifters but maybe you can use the same trick for your heated steering wheel? |

This thread covers MY13 to MY15 vehicles which mine was MY15. Heated steering wheel was never offered on pre MY13 models which means that you will have to use a MY13 wheel onwards which fits. There were only 2 PN's for MY13 > which was heated and non heated. The problem with pre MY13 is that the electrical is completely different, pre MY13 analogue, post MY13 digital. So whilst it's possible to done you need to modify both the steering wheel controls/electrical harness and the clockspring to get this working on a pre MY13 vehicle. If you do a search on this forum you can find information to solve both of these hurdles. MY15

Just managed to get all the bits together to do this to my 63plate sd4 xs, if this will trigger a fault code , is the only way to turn off the light by sdd level equipment, if it is I think the only way I can go would be to find a landrover Indy to do it for me.
