I was given some gift vouchers a few weeks ago, valid at B&Q, Comet and Woolworth's, thought I'd keep them to use in the sales ...

If the purchaser used his credit card to buy the vouchers he/she should get a refund from the card company, assuming you dont mind asking whoever gave you the vouchers to take them back

You're right Zavvi aren't accepting vouchers, or giving refunds/exchanges. Meaning that any unwanted or duplicate Christmas presents will be going on ebay this year. I don't agree with Zavvi, as this isn't their fault, but for most of the others, if 2 - 3 months of bad trading means you go into administration, surely it's only a matter of time before they gave up, it was going to happen sooner or later. We got a TV from Comet, weren't looking for anything special (don't have the space) so a 26" was all we wanted. Ended up with a Hitachi 26" LCD plus stand for £325.
