They come off fairly easily - I'd have a look at getting a tin basher to do it

Mine is not as bad as yours and I can live with it for now. The pattern one is an option but it is £149 plus painting so I can wait. |

The latest twist in the tale is that I now also need a replacement headlamp unit on the same side. The impact has shattered the plastic fixing brackets. "We're in danger, we've got to get out."

The time it would take to knock out, fill ant paint would be well over the 150 mark, there is a lot of work involved with sharp crease removal. (Vehicle body specialist in another life) REME .. Rough Engineering Made Easy |

The economics have certainly changed now - do you have protected no claims on your insurance? No Longer the owner of a 2013MY Fuji White GS "Fiat Lux" a philosophy not a car |

with that damage you would be much better off replacing the wing rather than trying to get it pulled out. The time a panel beater would need to do it, removing/refitting plus preparing and respraying etc. would probably far outweight the cost of a replacement wing. resprayed and fitted.

if you think how many hours labour would go into the straightening of the wing, filling it, sanding it etc..... I would estimate 4-5 hours at lets say £50 p/h.

If its going to go straight on with no painting it could be a good option.
