Mmmmm looking at threads about my potential problem, I think I'll take off the crankshaft sensor and give it a clean. This seems to have resolved similar issues. Anyone got an instruction thread of where to find the sensor? Looks like its behind the front wheel somewhere. |

Mine did the same and we changed the sensor and its fine now, took ages to find that was the problem everyone kept saying it was the fuel pump! but be warned I bought a bog standard part and it didn't work so had to buy from LR and it was fine |

Should have followed this up sooner. I took the crank shaft sensor off and gave it a clean and put it back on. Touch wood not cut out since....must have done 5000 miles since I’d guess.
