I like to get to the speed limit fairly quickly but that' about it. AC is rarely on, windows always up (the kids moan if the windows are down).

Hadnt considered something like that. Maybe worth keeping an eye on. But yes I think the short runs are the issue, but nothing I can do about those sadly. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

If you are only doing short runs & not that many of them I doubt you will save much money over a year with another car after all the other costs of getting a new car are factored into the equation.

Most of us don't need 4x4 for most of the year. My daily commute is 8 miles each way, but would I change my F2 for something else? nah.

You're probably right. If I had the money I'd probably go for a new car that was a bit more balanced for my needs but I did a LOT of looking last night and there's nothing that gives a clear benefit. So looks like it's FL2 until a lottery win FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

Yeah if it was going to be changed it'd likely be for one of those 2 as they are very affordable, but also very small for a family of 4. FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues

would agree that safety should be main consideration, can't put a price on safety.

Excatly I’d rather pay a bit extra than be 6ft under MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Yup, I had considered the safety too. Seems the FL2 is still the right choice despite higher running costs. Ah well, if I win the lottery I'll either not care about the cost of running the FL2 or I'll get something electric FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
