Can anyone tell me how these fit please? Think a black set would be a nice addition and might prevent car park dinks as well as basic side protection!!

I can't believe you cannot buy the brackets individually. One of mine has corroded but I still have all the bolts and washers.

How difficult would it be to fabricate some brackets up? MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

I do like the look of the black bars and that is a very good price from Duckworths. Can anyone tell me if they will offer any protection to the lower door mouldings (which are painted on my car)? Which sticks out further?

The bars will stick out a tad further but it’s all to do with the height of the car your parking next too. Running boards would stick out further and keep the doors a bit more cleaner and all the muck stick to the underside of the flat step. MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

I've got the o.e.m. LR side tubes fitted and they don't protrude out further than the door mouldings. FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

I stand corrected! From memory when you got the Freelander new I seen one in the showroom I’m sure they did protrude out further than the door mouldings MY14 Kahn Converted Dynamic - Fuji White Ebony/Pimento Interior

Hmm I will have to take another one off to have a look. But that might be the best way to sort new brackets. |
