Apple Airplay?

Do we think an aftermarket module to have Apple CarPlay work on the MY2013> FL2's will ever be a reality?

We have the CCF unlock codes for Land Rover InControl Apps for Apple Car Play & Android Auto. Untested at this stage though. MY15
Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
Surround Camera System
InControl Apps soon to be replaced with CarPlay (WIP)

So it could just be a software update or would hardware be required? Sorry don't understand a lot about unlock codes, CCF, etc.

I converted a apple tv3 to 12v and mounted it under drivers seat with a av module that runs my rear camera. Means i can airplay mirror my phone to the in dash screen.

You will require a Telephone Interface Module to be installed as I've outlined in the topic "InControl Apps".
I've purposely not updated progress on this as I believed there was 3rd party interference with this project.

Hi Col1nw3bb,

How did you connect the apple tv3 and covert to 12v? Did you also install one of the GVIF multimedia boxes? Can you provide some picks on how you mounted all thees devices?
