MY13 nipples are a differing spanner size size front to rear so my guess is the nipples are also. A set of easy outs (or similar) may help. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

If you are lucky enough to be able to drill out the broken nipple then you need to rush out and buy a lottery ticket as you are very very lucky!. You have to drill into the broken part enough to get an easy out into what is left and then attempt to get the still seized part out without snapping the easyout which can be almost impossible to do. You can buy kits on Ebay that lets you drill it out oversize retap it and fit a larger nipple but if you drill too far down and damage the seat or drill a little bit off centre then the nipple won`t seal and you will have a leak.

Westville, looks like a good parts catalogue you have there. Is it something I could lay my hands on? (purchase, download, etc.) |

A long time ago I drilled out a broken bleed nipple on a Morris Marina using a set of drills and a hand drill. Took me all day but it was eventually successful. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
