Meridian 825 audio & screen

on a MY13 HSE with the Meridian 825w system, is it possible to personalise what is shown on the home screen in the 3 boxes on the right side of the screen?

I know you can configure the shortcut buttons on the left side (take me home, phone options etc) but I mean the 3 larger boxes for audio/video, nav, phone ?

I don't think you can, never seen/found a feature in the setting to let you do this apart from just changing the short key buttons. MY13 HSE LUX Aintree Green

yeh I had a good play around with it last night and couldn't find any option to change those options.

my reason for asking was that I noticed you could do it on Jaguar cars fitted with the same system, and the bottom box was for climate (which I know you cant have on FL2) instead of phone.

TBH I cant think what I would want to configure it as anyway, just curious Laughing

The set up in the FL2 seems to duplicate button functionality all over the place both with soft keys (on screen) and hard keys (under the screen either side of the analogue clock)

ive removed all but 2 soft keys (take me home and screen off) from the screen as the rest of the options I dont use very often.

voice control is very good though, if a little long winded.

Voice control is excellent if you turn off "Voice Feedback" & you say the whole command in one string. You don't have to follow what you see on the screen.
You can change/remove the 3 boxes on the right but its a ccf edit, ie delete phone, delete Navigation but don't see the point of that. MY15

ill have a look at the turn off voice feedback this weekend, then I just have to learn the strings to say accurately Laughing

as for the 3 boxes, Im happy with the audio and nav as they are, just wondered if it was possible to replace the phone one with something different (what, I don't know) as the phone options could be set as shortcut soft keys to the left.

like I say, more curious than anything else Whistle
