Driver's side front wondiw roll up and down issue

Hello everyone,

I was quite happy with my FL2 untill after i replaced the driver's side front door, a wile after that i noticed that the driver's side front window doesn't ronn down automatically, even worse when i hold the button down it goes down for like 10cm and stops then i release the button and push it again for another 10cm and stops again and i repeat this operation untill getting the window up or down its the same. well i did reset the window once and it worked for the afternoon and again the next day its not working again. so even with the remote it does not roll up. i hope soneone can tell me what to do cos i opened the control panel and it seemed fine but still having this annoying issue. please help. Thnak you all

Don't know if it's relevant. My driver side windows failed "one shot" up/down even after resetting it by holding the button all the way up/down. LR fixed it by replacing the windows regulator free of charge as it was still under warranty.
I'd try to reset by closing the windows while holding button all the way up then keep holding it for further few seconds, if that's doesn't fix I think you need new regulator.

Maybe worth disconnecting the battery for a while then doing the reset procedure.

Just did it yesterday for 20min and did the reset procedure, that works for all the other windows except for the driver's one. and if i insist on doing the reset procedure on that one it stops working completely for some seconds then comes back as it was. im so confused...

As per the regulator i will try that one thank you for this info

i will get back to you

Hi, I have exactly the same problem on my 2009. Did you ever get to the root of the issue?
