Hi guys,
After trying the reset procedure which worked for a week or two I’m back to square one. The full up, full down automatic option on the switch won’t work and only lets the window up and down in short stages. The funny thing is, is that after resetting the window again it didn’t work. Tried several times, no joy. Next morning I get into the car and it’s working!! 20 mins later it stops working and it’s back to the up and down in stages! Have read many threads here on this but I’m curios to know why sometimes the reset works and sometimes not? and why does it seem to come and go at will!! Is it an ECU software issue? Im having trouble pin pointing the problem and don’t just want to buy the wrong part for the fix if indeed the root problem is elsewhere? Help and thoughts appreciated, many thanks
