Having had a Hyundai i30 for a number of years now, and a Kia Rio before that, I've long had a respect for the Korean companies more recent vehicles.

Portal hubs. Hmm. Now an FL2 with portal hubs and slightly lowered overall gearing (via the hubs) would be quite something...
It's not really their market any more. And it's unlikely today that they'd be able to come up with anything to rival the Camel Trophy of old, which would render the exercise largely pointless. |
