That looks like a very late one. Still looks nice though. I saw a CSK a while back converted to a pickup. Why oh why.?

That is in fact a very early one I would guess late 1970's the reg number obviously doesn't go with the car so would guess it's been put on while parked up at the show. The later 2 door special that came out in 1990 known as the CSK had a horizontal front grill.

As it's a left hooker it would have been registered for the year it entered the UK and was taxed, I had a 1961 car on an ABC 123 F plate, also a 1966 Triumph Vitesse convertible with a no suffix plate after it was re registered from a private plate. Sometimes in those days it was the local tax office that decided on the type of plate. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Ah yes, that'll teach me to look at year change details rather than the obvious like steering wheel on the other side Shocked

Nice! Blurb says 1989, so quite late.

For that money, though, I’d want a V8 rather than a 2.4 Turbo Diesel! 2005 D3 2.7 Auto

In the early 80's I viewed this at a garage in Halifax.

The log book was in the name of James Wilson Saville, and the address was Stoke Mandeville Hospital. It was silly money so I walked away. Knowing what we all know now, it was a wise move.

when you read the descriptive blurb from the Daily Mail re Saville it's a bit sickening.

It was in one of the LR mags shortly after his death with predictions of high future value and collect-ability Strange you never hear about it these days? Whistle
