I've always gone on age rather than mileage on a car which is not used much. Rubbery bits do deteriorate just sitting there. FL2 Metropolis, Loire Blue, ebony/ivory |

Actually I should rephrase that it is used most days but not covering many miles. |

Your Cam Belt needs changing now with water pump, idlers etc and coolant. Oil and oil filter should be changed annually. Brake fluid every 3 years. I would do auxiliary belts as well.

Well if its got a chain it should be fine then if oil has been kept good over those lower miles. Unforunatley low miles alone does not stop degradation of components over the years so if ts a keeper I would not ignore any auxiliary belts at that age if never done and keep an eye on water pump gland for weeping. If never done coolant needs changing and as said brake fluid every 3 years is not a big cost for extra peace of mind. MOT ill tell you if brake hoses etc are wanting attention
