So I've been driving it around far a bit and its does about the same amount of gas as petrol does. 20mgp town and 30th on the motorway. So I'm happy with that.
Yes chugga it's got valve oil that is pump driven, the oil is behind the battery compartment and the pump has be screwed to the air filter box.
My brother in law told me about a place in Bolton where all the tax drivers go to fill up so I went to check it out, it turned out to be the main calor gas place and I ended up saving 3p per litre Thumbs Up I6 WITH GAS CONVERSION

So i have had my I6 for 6 months now and it was costing a bomb on petrol so i went and got it converted to gas, and what can i say.... Its PERFECT.
Car started of on petrol untill the temp gets to 35deg then switches to gas on its own,
can not feel the change and only a low lick noise when it changes.
If any of you want some more detail and/or pics i can take some and show you the finished system.
Just hope it starts to save me money and i also hope i can do my favourite Scotland trip in the summer to loch shiel on one full tank of each from Bolton Very Happy
Hi, could you possibly tell me who done your conversion, I have one of these yokes and would be interested in having it done.

I have my spare strapped to the back of the small rear seat, not much room in the boot and rear view is reduced but better than have a can of sticky stuff and a prayer. Common sense isn't very common.

Is this a kind of "valve-saver"/"valve-lubrication" kit?

Yes the small bottle next to the battery is a valve lubrication that is pumped (not gravity feed) to the injectors.

The install was done by Eddy for CRD Performance in Bolton, ive also have a ECU Remap from him aswell.
Google them and see the pictures of the cars they have done.
Eddy drives a EVO 10 on LPG as his daily runner. I6 WITH GAS CONVERSION
