You might find it easier to take the front off the car to get to it. There are some excellent youtube videos on how to do it, I have had mine off a couple of times and it only took me 25 mins last time. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

What's making me wonder is the cars been in and had front off for a sprayed wing, and I'm wondering if it's something connected?

That's why I said check the connection - the sensors are reasonably reliable |

Cheers, think I'd likely cause more trouble, might ring body shop who had car in as there's a 10 yr guarantee, worth a shot |
