Rally Freelander High Level air intake

Hi Guys,

I have just recently joined this forum as I'm looking for help locating a high level air intake for my M-sport Colin Mcrae Freelander that I'm looking to getting it ready for rallying this year as the original spec, and I believe that there is someone out there that has taken a mould from the original one.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks

Paul

That would be me you want to speak to then. I have the mould. It was modified into a 1 piece intake rather than in 2 pieces as on the original M-Sport. I did sell the original carbon fibre 2 piece M-Sport item to an acquaintance in Chepstow a few years ago who was racing one of the M-sports.
A cast was taken from the carbon fibre intake, a second intake made from this cast, then modified into a single piece for the final mould to be made from it.
Incidentally I also sold a few of the original OZ rims too that I had refurbished. Who bought them ? None other than Land Rover themselves as they were exhibiting an M-Sport for the Geneva motor show and wanted nice new shiny wheels for it.

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to me, if you drop me a personal message on here then I will give you my number and we can have a chat about it, unfortunately I can't send you a personal message on here as I'm too new to the forum at the moment.

Thanks again

Paul
