I think a lot of it depends which environment you work in. I work in the heavy plant industry and 99.9% of the women I meet enjoy the 'craic' as much as the men, and believe me on an opencast mine or in the steelworks it can get extremely un-PC Laughing

Maybe it's because it's still a male dominated industry so it's a case of adapt and survive or perhaps it just attracts women with that mindset? Who knows........
