I know the roof rails are specific, not sure on the cross bars... |

The cross bars will go on either car. It is just the rails that are specific to metal or glass roof.

The underside of the fixed cross rail on sunroof equipped cars has a small aerofoil to prevent wind buffeting, the height is the same for both models.
