And don't forget, campervans are for pussies. Razz

Next trip will be Abercrombie River National Park. You won't need a change of undies there, the tracks may be steep but they are smooth. All your wheels will stay on the ground. Very Happy

Yeah right, real men freeze their balls off, sleeping in swags Wink

Hi Cliffy29, we were at the Lost City on Saturday, before that Mike wanted to climb up the Moon Rock with his Landie, but there were too many Toyotas getting stuck there. 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 SE

Ah would have missed you guys then. How do the freelanders go on the power line tracks? I didn't give them a go because I was by myself!

I've done most of the power lines in the past but not this trip. We decided to keep it car friendly. It was pretty greasy up there and bigger cars were having a lot of trouble. Here's an early picture of my car on it with street tyres almost fresh from the showroom -

Turon River NP is challenging enough if you do the Pinnacles Fire trail. The rivers were up a bit and Vesko almost lost a number plate at the first crossing. Keep your eye out for our next trip to either Abercrombie or Bendethera.

Hey Vesko, check this out. It's the last creek crossing that we did on the way out to Sunny Corner. This guy was nuts to try it under those conditions.

Mate, my Landie's arse is still hurting from that little incline Laughing

They should've secured the front of the cruiser to a tree on the other side of the creek (easy to say it sitting behind the keyboard). I wander if that cruiser is a written off.

I'm crazy with my LiFePo4 battery - it's progressing nicely even if you flatly refused to help me with advice about the fuses Wink . I should post some photos. Now looking to run a cable through the firewall for a dc to dc charger. 2011 Freelander 2 SD4 SE
