So, after trying to book the car in for a software update, was told from various landrover specialists that it could be anything from a starter motor to a new ecu and was advised to get a vhc....

listen carefully for the sound of the steering lock engaging and disengaging when inserting the fob and when taking the fob out. You won't notice it until it's missing but it is always just after you put the key in and just after you take it out. I had intermittent things like this until I fitted a heavy duty extra earth strap and changed the battery. |
