Mine did that a few days after collection, quick call into dealer and they restored it, not sure if a hard reset will bring it back, might be worth a try?

Thumbs Up Thanks for the reply!
How could I do a reset? or is it best to leave it to the garage?

Hard reset, disconnect battery leads and short the wires together for a few seconds, on re connecting everything will have to re boot, the windows and roof will need re setting after that, loads of info on here about the procedure.
If in doubt, quick trip to the dealers will get it back Thumbs Up

The disconnect battery/reboot worked for me too.

Interestingly 2 dealerships I spoke to did not suggest this as an option or solution.....

The "hard reset" of disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together to completely drain power from all the modules to reset them is documented in many Jaguar and Land Rover technical guides and workshop procedures.

If a workshop doesn't know this then you should find a better workshop!

There is also a routine in the dealers SDD diagnostic system called "Special Function: Entire Vehicle Reset" which does a similar thing without disconnecting the battery. 2008 Freelander 2 HSE Si6 Black/Black - Hers

I agree they should know...but my point was they did not. Both were UK main dealerships and one was part of a significant group. Difficult to know how an ordinary customer is supposed to work out they need to "find a better dealer" when you are talking to specialists in your manufacturers network.....

Before you do any of that you really should just go to the Rear Junction Box and remove the "ring brake" circuit breaker which will reboot the whole infotainment system and should restore functionality.
As far as "expecting" main dealers to know their stuff, well that's just as ridiculous as an honest politician! If you do find someone then I suggest you hang on to them as it's rare! MY15
