Mine did that a few days after collection, quick call into dealer and they restored it, not sure if a hard reset will bring it back, might be worth a try? |

Hard reset, disconnect battery leads and short the wires together for a few seconds, on re connecting everything will have to re boot, the windows and roof will need re setting after that, loads of info on here about the procedure.

The "hard reset" of disconnecting the battery cables and touching them together to completely drain power from all the modules to reset them is documented in many Jaguar and Land Rover technical guides and workshop procedures.

I agree they should know...but my point was they did not. Both were UK main dealerships and one was part of a significant group. Difficult to know how an ordinary customer is supposed to work out they need to "find a better dealer" when you are talking to specialists in your manufacturers network..... |

Before you do any of that you really should just go to the Rear Junction Box and remove the "ring brake" circuit breaker which will reboot the whole infotainment system and should restore functionality.
