The cheaper one is further along its depreciation curve, so it will lose value at a slower rate. As the TD4 is a manual it will also have better fuel consumption to the tune of 4-5 mpg, although the clutch in the manual is a little fragile if you are planning on towing anything. The cheaper car is in a nicer and more practical colour though.

Thanks guys, looking at the dynamic im not keen on the body kit so looks like its going to be the Metropolis! with only 16k on the clock i dont do a lot of miles so hopefully it will hold some of its value in the future. |

In my experience a FL2 will keep you "not very well off". 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Are you going to go for it, or are you looking at any other options as well? |

I am looking at an approved one from Land Rover so it will have 2 years warranty, trouble is its 28k 😦 Why are they so expensive! I was also looking at the Qashqai but not sure they will hold their value as well as a FL2. |

The FL2's used values have held up very well since there has been no direct replacement for it, hence the prices that you're being asked to pay now.

I've looked through every car imaginable and keep coming back to the same FL2, looks like I'm going to have to speak to my bank lol as I don't fancy PCP options. |
