Fuel Sedimentor

How critical is it in UK to drain the fuel Sedimentor on a A service ?

Is it fine to just change the whole unit every 2 years at the B service ?

Managed to over look this when I did the A service 2 months ago and now wondering should I bother. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
