OK, let's play a game of brake fluid change charges bingo. I'll start the ball rolling with the "deal" from my local LR dealer ("it's usually over £100, sir").

How much fluid does a full change need? I have 5 litres of DOT 4 in the workshop that I never got round to putting in the old Disco. |

I was amazed that when they did my brake fluid change they managed to do it without removing the rubber dustcaps on the bleed nipples.

I suppose that someone has to pay for the diagnostic kit and software. My local indie claims that it costs him a few £k a year for the diagnostic kit and software updates.
