Given my experience at that establishment and the main dealer just down the road from them I would have no hesitation in going to the main dealer, and frequently do. At least, in my experience, the main dealer will not look down at you and treat you like a 'commoner' because you drive a paltry Freelander ! FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green

Can't say I've shared Pedro's experience at James French. Always had decent service from them.

I now use Timberlake in Thame as our Hq is on the same estate. Were considerably cheaper than main dealer.
