They certainly don't replace the air filter.

Isle Of Man 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Narvik Black

I have uploaded a service - maintenance check sheet into my gallery.

https://www.freel2.com/gallery/albums/user...0Miles.pdf

A main dealer should use this, mark it up and give a copy to you after each service (or that is what they did when I had a BMW).

Hope this helps

Chris

Shuffle out to the car about noon.
Look at car.
Kick tyres.
Shake head.
Leave car.
Shuffle back out to car at around 4.30pm after customer has phoned to ask about car.
Drive car into crowded garage.
Change oil filter and if you're lucky, drop oil and refil.
Leave car in garage with bonnet up so when customer turns up it looks like they have been hard at it all day.
Get woman behind service desk to tell customer that it 'is just being washed' and ask if you would like a coffee
Woman behind counter informs customer car is ready at one minute to closing
Customer asks woman what has been done on service
Customer watches at woman studies service sheet that you can read yourself, then slowly reads out the few items on it
Woman calls head mechanic, who claims 300000 point service check has been done
Customer drives out a few hundred quid lighter.

Not that this happens in LR dealers of course Whistle

Pollen filter

Such a relief to see that a new pollen filter IS part of the first service. It's little touches like that from LR that make all the difference. So what if a Lexus dealer fetches the car, polishes it inside and out, retouches the paint work and cleans out the windscreen washer jets before bringing it to your office? WE will never suffer asthma or hay fever..... Whistle

That's why Lexus has consistently done well in the JDPower awards for customer satisafction over the last few years maybe.
