Such a relief to see that a new pollen filter IS part of the first service. It's little touches like that from LR that make all the difference. So what if a Lexus dealer fetches the car, polishes it inside and out, retouches the paint work and cleans out the windscreen washer jets before bringing it to your office? WE will never suffer asthma or hay fever..... |

That's why Lexus has consistently done well in the JDPower awards for customer satisafction over the last few years maybe. |
