I posted recently about Halfords HB3 + 120% bulbs failing in 8-10 weeks on my 2013 GS. They shattered and damaged the dip mechanism on 1 headlamp.

Outcome like the bulbs 120%.
A phone call to customer services who made an appointment for me to speak to Store manage where I purchased bulbs.
Store manager immediately refunded cost of bulbs and booked FL into Halfords Service Centre (different location) to be checked.
Without any hesitation a new headlamp unit ordered from LR and fitted free of charge. Top marks for customer satisfaction. All FL2's (3) Gone

can I ask why they replaced ?

I have broken glass in the front of both of mine that is seemingly immovable from the halfords bulbs that shattered

they asked me to go to the store but as they wanted me to provide the receipt ( which given it took a few weeks for them to shatter I dont have) or provide bank statements to prove I bought the bulbs

I eventually gave up

Did they replace both of yours due to the glass or a jammed shutter ? ( both of mine jammed at least once sorted by LR assist )

i wonder if I should pop down to halfords with my reference ID and see if they can sort the headlights as at the moment the broken glass doesn't look great

They replaced the one with jammed shutter. All FL2's (3) Gone
