Ah thanks. From what I've read, the 4K box runs at twice the speed of the non 4K box and you can voice search via the remote control. Just ordered one off the 'bay with all sports and films etc. I have fibre broadband so around the same speed as you. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

Having Googled a bit I see that there is a 2nd gen 4k model. Ours is first gen. Apparently the process for loading Kodi has changed slightly because Amazon have blocked some features, but the sideloading apps are very easy to use. It sounds like yours is coming preloaded though.

Basically, all sports, pay per view events and movies and everything on Sky apparently. Adult films too if you ask but my wife would put a hammer through it if it came with any if that stuff loaded on it.

Well, it arrived. Plugged it in, switched on and.....not a lot! Kept either not connecting or playing for a minute and then freezing. Got on to the seller. He told me how to clear the cache and basically, it's been fine since.

Had a firestick with Kodi for month or two. Use Exodus at the Montana it's brilliant. Follow Kodi on the net and you'll find which apps are the best. |

Yep. from me for Exodus. Even a Dumbo like me managed to get that loaded - fantastic films including some that are not even out yet. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

So..........Kodi is obviously legal as it's just an application sitting on the Firestick, but this Exodus thing - surely that's not legal. Is it? |

Don't really know, but today I was watching the Man U v West Ham cup match which was being shown over here on one of the BT sport channels which I don't have. However, when watching it through my fire tv box, I was watching it direct from an American sports tv channel. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto

I agree Choccymonster, It could be argued with examples found from international courts.
