United Kingdom 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey

Being new to FL ownership and keen to undertake preventive maintenance wherever possible could some one help me with the following:

1. What Haldex gen unit would I have on a MY09 - build date 8-Oct-08 - FL2?
2. What mileage should it be serviced at (I note that the Service schedule recommends 150k for Rear diff and PowerTransfer Unit.)

I have already discussed auto box servicing with Mackies of Glasgow who recommend 40k for a gearbox service (I get my Audi S8 done there) who are rightly sceptical of "sealed for life" boxes and components. I didnt ask them about Haldex units. 2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto - Stornoway Grey - Hers (His, really)

Ford state every 20k miles for the kuga. Looking at the state of the haldex fluid on cars with 40k when I change the diff, I would say that sound a good preventative interval. I always change the filter and fluid when I do a diff change what ever the mileage.

You will have a haldex 4. You will need 3 tubes of the 300ml haldex fluid to do a full change, this is £23+ VAT per tube from land rover! I supply 750ml (you need 700ml to do it properly) for £30 +VAT if you want. I can also supply the filters for £30 + vat
