@Hippo When I had company cars (sourced from Dial Contracts or Swann National in those days) they were replaced at 80k miles or four years whichever came first but with a minimum of two years. In the early days you could then buy the car at auction price but a bit later they realised that this was too good a deal since you knew the car's history and had made sure that everything on it was fixed beforehand (plus new tyres etc) and started charging a more realistic price. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
