100% not and I have even taken out the parcel shelf and the cover that goes over the spare wheel as it did not seem fixed down very well |

I've had a noise which I feared was diff, land rover said it was wheel bearing failed making noise!

That is really interesting because I was only thinking just 3 hours ago how crap the hand brake was recently. |

It's worth investigating, mechanic was quite surprised too but he said defintley nothing else wrong it was just the noise of the clips & springs grinding away , new spring & clip kit is on order & should be back on road tomorrow, my handbrake was never brilliant but gradually got worse until the point I had bricks at the wheels . |

The electronic parking brake fitted to later models is very good though, and a much more effective one than the old manual drum one. |
