Thanks chicken george I was hoping there would be a photo guide Smile like something like I found here for the rear tank guard https://www.freel2.com/gallery/albums/user...TKGFL2.pdf

Will try and source the M10 x 45mm & M10 x 40mm next week

The guard is pretty heavy piece of aluminium. Anyone have any problems with the weight of the guard on the slump mounting points?

My only tip would be to ensure to grease the bolts. We had the devil of a job getting the guards off of my last FL2 as the bolts had rusted solid and would not shift!

With the longer bolts it's an ok job just to lift hold the slump guard with one arm whilst you locate the bolt with the other arm. Then it's easy just to get the other 3 in.

Once the four bolts are in the guard really feels pretty solid as I suppose it has too if it's going to do it's job......

My tlip of the day.

If you put the slump guard on a tlrolley jack then it's much easier to offer up and blolt on.

Wink FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.
