Jet washed under the wheel arches. They have been collecting rather a lot of mud lately! 2009 FL2 |

Went to Parkwood Offroad Centre in Tong. Had a brilliant 2 hours driving the Centre's Discovery. They even let me go round the easier route in my own car. What an experience! What a brilliant car the Freelander is. Love it even more now. |

Also got a seat cover to use when wearing dirty clothes and one of them universal phone mounts that go on the windscreen but the jury is out on whether I will use that or not.

Birthday treat from the missus, had a run up to Harrogate today. Breakfast in betty's tea rooms, the queue outside when we left was unbelievable , must have been at least 40 people waiting to get in. Had a look around Harrogate then stopped at the Bull at Broughton for a lovely meal. Chauffeured home with the heated seats on and a belly full of Yorkshire's finest ale! Weekend up in the lake district to look forward to also. Well spoiled this year! |
