Recently traded my '05 D3 in for an '09 FL2 XS. After a couple of teething problems and having to take the car back to the dealer can now say I'm very happy with the my purchase.


I was on Martins D3 site so know how well run and informative the forum will be.

Hi all from Brassington Derbyshire, Just repainted the rusty rear wheel archs and fitted the rubber strips from a range rover sport that has no metal inserts.

Hi all,

Newbie!, just purchased my first Freelander, 09 TD4 HSE auto, delighted with it.
Things have really moved on since the Range Rover Vogue I had in 1990!

Hi All

Well after lurking about the site for a while now I've put down a deposit on our first Freelander 2 Very Happy
Not a newcomer to the green oval our previous cars have included a classic Range Rover back in the 90s and an Air Portable which still graces the drive. The last eight years have seen us running an X-Trail which will be staying on the fleet.
My interests include motorcycling (touring , taking part in trials and watching road racing), cars (touring with an MX5), labradors and of course Land Rovers.
Might meet some of you out and about. Thumbs Up
