just fitted these to replace old style fluorescent tubes in a boxed in beam over our dining/playroom.

LEDs have come on a lot over the past few years, wouldn't use anything else now as there is so much choice with fittings and types/colour of light. |

I have fitted hundreds of these lamps in the past 4 years, they have a very low failure rate and good colour definition.

Not only light bulbs, just changed from a plasma screen tv to an LED one and saved 200 watts. |

electricity prices are falling, led fittings have to be cheap now in order to make a real saving

You get a nice warm glow radiating from the plasma! It's a Panasonic, cracking picture Gromit. 10MY (Sept 09) TD4 HSE Auto in Stornoway Grey (Now Gone)

I have a Panasonic plasma, I think the picture is more life like when compared to LED screens. |

Agreed! Also I don't bother with HD channels. The upscaling of the Panny looks just as good to me. .....Or is it my eyes?
