Heated side windows

In the frost today I noticed that the heated front screen worked a treat, and so did the rear window demister. But I also noticed there appear to be heater elements in the side windows, but they didn't heat up. I can't find a separate button for them, so are they on a separate fuse or something? Why would you have 1 button on the dash but 2 fuses?

Any help appreciated cos I'm confused!

I can't leave him in suspense.......they are not heated windows-it's the radio aerial! Every winter we have the same question from new owners hence the first reply you got Thumbs Up

Oh the shame and the humiliation Wink Of course I knew that all along really......

Thanks guys, at least you can tell who's new on here! Oddly enough, I had it all last winter as well but never noticed it then which is a bit bizarre!

Still, all's well that ends well.

Cheers guys,

Kev

No problem Kevin and sorry for teasing.

I propose we have a competition to see who asks this first every year? Laughing

On a funny / joking note...

You can always drive some high frequency current through those aerials - from a serious radio emitter - and those aerials will heat up and demist the windows... Laughing Laughing

I'd bet a fiver on it that the great majority of new owners of FL2's have made the same mistake along with believing they have DAB radio!! I know that I certainly did as did the 4 other FL2 owners that I know.
