You know it's LHD because I told you, so you looked for it!

But for me, it's not clear enough.
1] LHD should've been in the title - after all they're selling in the UK.
2] They're sending it to a UK address - what's the chance of me having a LHD?
3] I said it was MY fault

Even though it was my fault .....

4] They don't provide a telephone contact ANYWHERE on their website - if so I could've resolved it.
5] Their number doesn't even come up when you google them.
6] They don't accept personal callers [they're near York & not too far from me].

My issue isn't that I made a [what could've been an unavoidable mistake] it was the lack of contact and the way they dealt with the situation that's my gripe.

They're still horrible people IMO Evil or Very Mad

Romp. I agree a). That the description could / should be clearer for LHD and b). that the treatment you describe is not acceptable. In the same circumstances I too would be buying elsewhere. With internet sales, good service is essential to generate goodwill and repeat business.

My post was more about the enormous price differential between LHD & RHD kits. Sorry if it came across otherwise.

No problem HN Thumbs Up
I'm obviously still incensed every time I recall it.

I should really take a pill and get over it.

I believe that the DS Regs have been replaced but the new Regs have even more protection for buyers. You have the right to cancel and a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt and then another 14 days to return the item.

I suspect that they have broken the law and are, thus, criminals who you have rightly exposed.

You could report them to their local Trading Standards who should contact them to educate them. FL2 HSE Auto Galway Green
Evoque SD4 Auto Blue.
FL1 HSE TD4 Manual Black - Gone.
RR Classic V8 EFI - Gone

Thanks for comment Pedro, but as said I've wasted too much of my life over this and will now move on.

I have since bought the proper RHD trim from these nice people in Liverpool - LR Centre Ltd
Price was the same - £45, but service was way better.
Oh, and they highlight in the title whether it's a RHD or LHD.

They stock a full range of the FL2 armrests also Thumbs Up FL2 now gone and have a couple of items left for sale:-

Brodit active iPhone holder + Brodit dash clip,
Bluetooth Music Streaming Module.

Hi there !

Before I buy one, I want to ask you about the cubby box. Is it confortable as an armrest or it's not enough high ?

Yep, I have one from that seller and they are good quality and a good fit. very useful. Just make sure you get the RHD version as they are shaped for LHD/RHD models.

IMO much better than the flimsey armrests on the HSE spec seats Rolling Eyes

Ive had one in mine for about 4 months and can say its a great bit of kit. They can take a fair bit of use/abuse and still look like new after a wipe over with a damp cloth. Thumbs Up

They do make reaching the aux in/rear 12v socket a little tricky from the drivers seat - but you soon adapt.
