Sounds like something is amiss somewhere, my spoiler brackets have two holes?

I think that I have the new plastic ones, but are the small brackets sufficient? I understand that the adhesive should be enough to hold the spoiler in place.

Does your spoiler have one or two threaded holes?

My spoiler has two threaded holes, that's why I was surprised to receive a pair of black plastic mounting brackets with just one hole and one screw per side.I think that I need to get in touch with Dan at Duckworth's and try to get the correct ones. |

Spoke to Dan today, and apparently, the plastic brackets are all that are supplied separately. The metal brackets were only suppled with the original rear spoiler so cannot be bought.

Maybe I'm being over-cautious, but I've ordered an extra pair of the plastic brackets. When I bought the spoiler, there were a couple of scratches and marks that I'm having put right before fitting,so I don't want to take any chances. |

Sydney's Tangara trains are held together with double sided tape. The stainless steel bodywork is stuck on. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

I wouldn't worry - those adhesive pads stick like to a baby's blanket. Past: FL2 TD4 HSE Auto
