Yes check the earth to the bulb and the fit of the wiring plug is tight on the bulb.

I always clean new bulbs prior to fitting with methylated spirit as you can't guarantee that person packing the bulbs haven't touched the glass. |

I have had quite a few Halfords HB3 headlight bulbs go over the past 12 months, some only lasting a week or so. It often appears that one side goes, you replace it and a day or so later the other side goes.

Just had my LH side bulb go ,when I took it out the end of the bulb was blown off ,also I dropped the long plastic thing / clamp off its down inside the wheel arch and body kit ,do i need them ,how important are they ,anyone know , thanks |
