It is compared to Land Rover parts-I paid £170ish just for the fronts. |

Thanks gents, appreciate the replies. Not looking too bad. That price is for drilled and grooved with black coating all round.

You'll probably need handbrake shoes as well, hand brake is a drum brake inside the rear disc, maybe even adjusters too At work

Maybe, my handbrake isn't the best I've ever had. I'll have him take a look... |

I bought a front set from this seller about 9 months ago they are Mtec and made in Ireland. On arrival i was really pleased, looked fantastic in black. When i tried to fit them the stud bore holes were 14mm, they should be 14.75mm, and there was no way they would fit over the stud shoulders. After several calls Mtec claimed they were correct spec but paid to have them uplifted and refunded in full. When I packed them up for uplift I cleaned them with a little brake cleaner and the coating started to lift. I would not recommend them. I then bought mintex discs, much cheaper and they fit and have performed perfectly since, about 10,000 miles so far. |

I've just done the front discs and pads on my Freelander with Pagid products and I am very happy with them.

I eventually went with Pirahna Dimpled and grooved discs covered in the black protection stuff alongside mintex pads...
