Up loading photos to a thread

I'am having trouble up loading pictures
After selecting a photo I press up load
After a short time I get , up loaded to album but no thumb nail to click on 2008 xs
Snorkel
raised axle/gearbox breathers
Mantec tank guard
Cb radio
Blanked EGR
Sump guard
Scratches
Snolkle

pretty much every pic you post on threads LRNUT, I cant see using Explorer 8 at work. If I want to see them I have to use my phone/tablet.

I do however suspect it is more to do with my employers Censored pathetic IT network rather than issues with this site......

Still no good for me
I get I file ready for upload
Uploading to server
Adding to albums
Uploaded
And that's it no thumb nail at all
I get it to work some times 2008 xs
Snorkel

I suspect that the Uploading / and thumbnail part is managed by Java - perhaps a browser restart.
