Wow what massive improvement was the up grade hard to do? I have read that when you change the head lights to LED's you have to replace the power supply to them, true or false

Fitted a osram 6000k festoon led in the boot and have to say it looks much better Thumbs Up

The osram is only 38mm and the cabin ones are larger at 42mm has anyone used a 38mm in the cabin?

Fitted a new set of Vredestein Wintrac 4 Xtremes to 19" ewok rims. A bit earlier than usual but saves my wife having to change them if I'm away in October.

I'm pleased with the tyre/wheel combination. Summer wheels/tyres all cleaned and tucked away 'til spring.

Oil and filter change, also pollen filter. The pollen filter seemed more tricky than the oil filter as you need to be a contortionist and there are a mass of wires in the way. I don't think the ventilation designers spoke to the electrical designers at JLR on that one, mind you could be worse, you could be the person who thought it would be a good idea to put the bonnet drain above the earth strap connector - that's never going to rust, is it! More, what am I doing in my Freelander tomorrow?
Set off at crack of sparrow fart to drive to Hungary for a conference on Thursday, via Eindhoven, Neuremburg, Vienna & Budapest then trace the route back on Thursday evening via Lille In France, home for 4 hours then off to Scunthorpe!!!! for another conference-----EEEEK!
Looking forward to the drive, have no reservations about he Freely having done 48,000 miles in under 12 months.
