We got a man TL X-trail with parking sensors, towbar, roof rack/bars, nudge bar, rubber mats and cargo tray for $45K. I reckon we could have gone lower, as that was our first offer, which they accepted. Probably could have gone to 44K, maybe 44,500.. Still happy with the price we got. Got 3 years extra Nissan warranty and all the tint/paint/fabic/rust crap for another $2500 for everything. LR wanted $2200 just for the warranty.

Yeah couple of week Dorko, they have some down at the docks, so it shouldn't be any longer than that.

actually, the VW Touareg is partially built in Slovak Rep. and then finished in Germany, the Tiguan is in Germany, the Polo and Golf we get are built in SA, and the Jetta is built in Mexico! As for Landrover, if we talk about the LR2... the eninge is French, the 4wd system is Swedish, and many of the safety and control systems are German (like most cars). ______________________________ own: '06 BMW 130i Msport (manual) owned: '04 FL Td4 3dr owned: '02 FL V6 3dr owned: '98 FL Xedi ___________________________________ The road less travelled you will find me on. |
