We tried that for years but the lazy kept coming late every morning and we had already left for work so he used to leave our milk out in the sun. We were coming home, emptying the milk down the sink and then buying more from the corner shop. Some days we brought milk home with us! He'd never knock for his money on weeks when we left a 'no milk today' note for him - he left it a week and tried to charge us for it. He just had to go. We buy ours from the supermarket nowdays - 4 pints of filtered milk lasts us all week. |

the price is what it is its upto the farmer to keep his costs down to below that. trouble is if you dont feed a cow the right stuff it wont give enough milk , so reducing costs isnt simple.
