I will need to change plates soon using a number plate surround on the rear. The current plates are stuck on with double sided tape. Can anyone tell me if there are pre-drilled mounting holes underneath the rear plate?

Thanks Glyn, that's what I had hoped. How is the front mount fixed, do you know?

The standard length front plate needs a screw fixing each end, the bumper has a slight curved profile and if you use normal double tape/pads to hold it in it will come off in hot sunshine as the plate tries the straighten itself back flat, then you run the risk of it dropping off.

As landiromer I have mine screwed at the front and stuck on at the back.

I've had the back plate off, cleaned off the tape and will fix a plastic surround using the original screw fixing points. For fixing metal pressed plates direct to the bodywork there's little option. In front the plastic mount is screwed to the bumber so there'll be no problem with screwing the front plate directly to the mount.
